I really like the concept and idea for this work, is very creative.

Lips are specially beautifully rendered, however I believe overall the work is lacking skin texture and shading. Also, specially for eyes, lines are too hard, eyelashes& pupils just to mention some of those hard lines.

Let's looks at this photo of an eye for an example: [link] eyelashes are hard but not as hard is in your image, also due to the fact that your skin is almost lacking any shading, things don't blend as nicely as in the photo. Another thing I noticed is that I don't see the reflection of the eyelashes on the eyes, always when you look at an eye really close you should be able to see in the eye the reflection of the persons eyelashes. Another thing with eyes, is how the iris and pupil are rendered, pupil seems to hard on the center of the eye and the borders of the iris are also too hard, try blending things softly and working your way slowly to your darker shades.

Overall I think you should soften some of your lines and add more shading, take your time adding different shades and then blend them nicely keeping textures in mind. There's a different texture for skin, lips and eyes; analize those on the photo references you're using and then try to replicate them on your work.

This is very nice and creative work, I like it a lot, I think is just a matter of taking your time blending things more nicely.

Hope my critic was of any help. Keep up the good work. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/h/h…" width="15" height="13" alt="" title="Heart" />
